In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 87/2018), the insurance brokerage company AGD d.o.o. collects personal data where necessary for insurance purposes and archives it in the manner prescribed by law. AGD does not work for any insurance company — it acts as a partner to its clients. AGD collaborates with all insurance companies in Serbia, but the decision on where the policy (contract) will be placed is entirely up to the client.

The insurance premium paid by the client to the insurance company cannot be higher than it would be if the offer had been obtained directly from the insurer, without our involvement.
